The allegations, accompanied by pictures and screenshots, were reported to the Verulam security company, Reaction Unit SA.
The initial complaint came from a Chatsworth mother in May 2026, who claimed that her female lover from Phoenix was coercing her six-year-old daughter into sexual acts.
The screenshots also indicated potential abuse of the mother’s seven-year-old son.
The South African Police Service (SAPS) confirms they have been in contact with Reaction Unit SA regarding the matter.
However, due to the lack of a complainant’s statement, no formal case has been registered. Vinod Singh from Reaction Unit SA expressed hope for the children to be found and provided with the necessary assistance. Childline in KZN emphasized the need for law enforcement to locate the children and verify the allegations.
Reaction Unit SA pledged to follow up on all leads received. – eNCA senior reporter Dasen Thathiah has the story.
