Candidates from these four series wrote at the Alexandre Sambat High School, while the 180 candidates in Series B, who started the exams on Tuesday with Economics and Social Sciences, wrote at the annex of the Notre-Dame-des-Victoires Catholic High School (LCNDV).
In other centers across the province, the number of candidates varied, with the Daniel Kossé High School in Booué recording 92 candidates, the Mohamed Moapa Beotsa High School in Mékambo recording 130 candidates, and the Daniel Hubert Nna Ekamkam High School in Ovan welcoming 31 candidates.
The Ogooué-Ivindo province, in total, recorded 772 candidates for the 2026 Baccalauréat session.
The written phase of the exams will conclude on Saturday, followed by the oral English exams next week.
The announcement of the first round’s results is scheduled for July 25, 2026.
