An open offer is also in place to raise an additional US$4 million (approximately £3 million). Chariot Energy will issue approximately 1,132,275,133 New Ordinary Shares under the placing and subscription, with up to 225,449,336 New Ordinary Shares available under the open offer.
The issue price for each share is set at 1.
4 pence. Investors in the fundraising will receive one warrant for every New Ordinary Share issued, entitling them to subscribe for one Ordinary Share at an exercise price of 2.
4 pence, with the warrants expiring on 9 April 2029.
The placing will be conducted through an accelerated bookbuild at the Issue Price, with the timing of the closing and allocations at the discretion of Hannam & Partners, the Bookrunner, and the Company.
