The African Union Media Fellows, including participants from various African nations, experienced this firsthand. They shared their visa struggles and discussed the need for a free visa policy across Africa.
The tour of the African Union headquarters highlighted gender representation and diversity, while discussions about the AU’s policies and member state independence underscored the union’s role in shaping Africa’s future.
Addis Ababa’s transformation projects, like the riverside project and the Adwa Victory Memorial Museum, demonstrate a commitment to preserving culture and history.
