Mouila, Gabon — On July 18, 2026, a significant event took place in the department of Douya-Onoye as the prefect, Alphonse Ndeme, officiated the installation of new village leaders for Idoumi and Nzona in the Ngounié-Centrale canton, located in southern Gabon.
