The workshop validated five preliminary drafts of regulatory texts aimed at guiding the digitalization process. The regulatory framework developed includes guidelines for implementing digital tools in classrooms, emphasizing the role of technology in enhancing teaching and learning outcomes. The validated texts include a decree on the implementation of digitalized learning, a decree on managing and controlling mixed learning platforms, an arrest on the evaluation of digitalized education, an arrest on the attribution and functioning of the Digital Education Steering Committee, and a decree on the delivery of the Basic Computer and Internet Certificate for Education (CAIBIE).
The workshop’s rapporteur, Marian Lewangha, noted that the event laid the groundwork for a regulatory framework essential for the effective implementation of the educational reform.
The framework is expected to harmonize legal, technical, and pedagogical aspects of various projects and provide recommendations for adoption by relevant authorities.
