The Expo also featured three curated living spaces designed by Cabbages & Roses, dressed in handcrafted scarves and bespoke blankets. Each scarf in the chandelier carries the campaign’s tag: “I AM NOT LOST. If you are cold and need me, please take me.
Love, 67 Blankets xxx. ” This symbol of connection and warmth has grown into a nationwide movement, with thousands of scarves left in public spaces across South Africa, and more than 200,000 handmade blankets and scarves distributed internationally since the campaign’s inception in 2013.
