Agadir — Morocco has unveiled LOGIPARC 2, a modern logistics park in Bouskoura, part of the Casablanca-Settat region, marking a significant expansion in the country’s industrial and logistics infrastructure. Moroccan Minister of Transport and Logistics, Abdessamad Kayouh, officially launched the project, attended by AMDL Director Ghassane El Machrafi and Tijara Développement President Azzedine Lahrichi.
LOGIPARC 2, developed by Tijara Développement, a LOGIPARC subsidiary, has an investment exceeding MAD 200 million (approximately $21 million). The park spans 5.5 hectares with nearly 25,000 square meters of covered space, housing 23 modular units ranging from 920 to 2,200 square meters, designed to meet various industrial and logistics needs.
Strategically positioned in the Bouskoura industrial zone, LOGIPARC 2 offers direct access to major road and highway networks connecting Casablanca to other key cities. The park’s proximity to Mohammed V International Airport and the Port of Casablanca adds to its logistical advantage.
LOGIPARC 2 is part of Morocco’s strategy to enhance economic competitiveness through robust logistics networks. The country is also advancing infrastructure projects like the Zenata–Nouaceur logistics corridor and the Oulad Saleh logistics zone, expected to be completed by summer. These projects aim to build a national network capable of supporting economic growth and positioning Morocco as a regional hub linking African and European markets.
