Africa Newsroom — TCHIBANGA, Gabon (31 March 2026) – The lieutenant-colonel Wilfried Serge Lépanda Tsana has been officially installed as the new provincial director of public security for Nyanga, a ceremony held in Tchibanga, the capital of the province in southwest Gabon.
The ceremony, attended by the Agence Gabonaise de Presse, was presided over by General Division Soter Katsou Langa, the second in command of operational units and logistics, representing General of Corps Sergeant Hervé Ngoma. During the event, other police officials were also installed, including Lieutenant-Colonel L’Article.
