VinFast and Exposure SARL ink MOU to Foster Green Mobility in DRC. Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo — February 10, 2026 VinFast, the Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer, and Exposure SARL, a Congolese company, have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed at promoting green transportation in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
The agreement focuses on the supply of electric vehicles for taxi services in Kinshasa, with an initial batch of the Limo Green and Herio Green models expected to be delivered.
Under the MOU, Exposure SARL, which has expressed interest in becoming a distributor of VinFast vehicles in the Congolese market, will work alongside VinFast to study a business plan tailored to local conditions.
The partnership is part of a broader strategic cooperation framework established by Vingroup, VinFast’s parent company, and the City of Kinshasa in 2025. Officials commented on the matter.
