LIBREVILLE, Gabon — The Gabonese Ministry of National Education, led by Minister Camélia Ntoutoume Leclercq, has initiated the preparatory phase for the 2027 Bureau meeting of the Conference of Ministers of Education of Francophone States (CONFEMEN).
The first preparatory meeting, held on July 24, 2026, sets the stage for a significant international educational event, scheduled for March 2027 in Libreville. This meeting marks the first official engagement with the Secretary-General of the CONFEMEN, a crucial step in orchestrating the event.
