Cameroon: LECUDO-USA Partners to Launch 2026 Free Medical Campaign. BUEA, PAV — March 11, 2026 – The Lebang Cultural and Development Organisation (LECUDO-USA) is set to embark on its annual Free Annual Medical Health Campaign from March 11 to March 14, 2026.
The initiative, which will take place at The Mary Health of Africa Hospital, Nveh, is a collaborative effort with several health organizations to provide free medical services to the public.
LECUDO — USA, along with partners including The Focolare, The Mary Health of Africa Hospital, Healing Beyond the Horizon, Life Bridge International, NTECKA Lab, Holistic Wellness Group, and the Cameroon Oncology Centre (COC), aims to offer a comprehensive range of services. These include free consultations, surgeries, cancer screenings, mental health assessments, hypertension and diabetes screenings, dental and eye care services, lab work, and medical referrals.
The campaign, a cornerstone of LECUDO — USA’s efforts to enhance healthcare accessibility, reflects a commitment to both corporate social responsibility and public health advocacy.
The Executive Committee (EXCO) and Healthcare Committee Members of LECUDO-USA have expressed gratitude to all volunteers, partners, and donors for their support in past campaigns. This year’s campaign builds upon the success of previous years, with last year’s event in Fontem seeing over 1,500 patients receive a variety of healthcare services.
The campaign’s holistic approach ensures that both physical and mental health needs are addressed.
The Mary Health of Africa Hospital, which is hosting the event, will provide its facilities, personnel, and logistical support. LECUDO-USA is also calling for contributions of financial support, equipment, materials, and medical supplies to ensure the campaign’s success. Dr Asonganyi Etienne and Mr Eric Njinkeng, members of the LECUDO-USA EXCO, are available for inquiries regarding potential donations.
The campaign is expected to draw hundreds of volunteers and healthcare professionals, reinforcing LECUDO — USA’s role in promoting healthcare accessibility in Cameroon.
